Machining requires skill, dedication and the proper equipment to ensure the highest quality end product. For over 25 years, RMS Tritec has been providing machining services to the aggregate, ductwork, mining, paper and power industries for projects large and small.
At RMS Tritec, we offer a wide range of machining capabilities. We work with various materials, including carbon steel, alloy, stainless and other metal types.
All our engine lathes and manual milling machines have digital readouts. We also offer a diving head with tailstock for indexing. CNC programming is done with 3-axis CAM software which can import .DXF, .DWG, .STEP, .IGS and SolidWorks file formats.
